They are always ready to assist, my wife had a big birthday party on the 23rd December, Caps made sure regular patrols and I always saw atleast 2 cars parked all patrolling the street, I send my thanks and gratitude to the teams that were there on that evening
Predatory behaviour, they have lost the plot. Just because it's a 'not for profit' does not change the fact that's it is a business, they charge the same exhorbatant prices as other security companies. They refuse to collaborate with other security companies and security initiatives run by residents in any way that does not directly and exclusively benifit them financially. If you're looking for a normal security company I guess they are as good as the rest. But don't be confused, they are not run by or for your community.

Literally the worst technical company I’ve ever dealt with, we are going on months of technician after technician coming to attend to our alarm system, each and every time they leave without success. And trust me they charge you an arm and a leg for this incompetence.
Their actual service from security guards is great in my street thier Sales, and Techs are simply the worst I ever experience. Who hired these people. So horrible!!! I already paid for alarm beans, remotes and already paid too much and they refunded part of the into my account successfully and now just a call I I need to forkout another R1500 for the items I already paid.
Stay away from CAP Tech or sales and rather use someone else.
